I initially didn't think I wanted a brand specific case because of the extra expense compared to the price I paid for the device. However, I finally decided to go for it and am very happy because it fits perfectly and protects the tablet well, especially for my uses.

I wondered if I should have purchased a generic 7" case for my Alpha 2, but am glad I purchased the SkyTex case. A magnet helps to keep the front flap from opening unintentionally, has the proper external port exposed at the bottom, and the ridged back makes propping up the tablet a breeze (once you figure it out). Very goodleather-bound product.
